You can Check real time availability ONLY on pixelwala. All vendors those are booked on specific dates block themselves on the Calendar in Pixelwala. Thus, your search will only list those vendors who are available on the date and time specified by you.

One day is 8 hours of shooting / service time. Minor variations will be handled by your pro, but for significant overruns, you will be charged extra. You can discuss this with your pro at the event, in case you expect an overrun.
If I need more albums, soft copies, other services etc, what should I do ? - Do i pay him or Pixelwala ? If yes how much ?
